Alliance Leveling Guide: Day 39
Here I am on day 39 in Sholazar Basin and I’ve just hit 79.
Honestly, I felt like I flew through 78, it really felt like the shortest level since I hit Northrend.
There were quite a few easy and quick quests this session, that were worth a lot of exp. I thought this part of the guide was really well done, though the first thing I had to do when I got here was kill 60 animals. Surprisingly, this didn’t actually feel like grinding. I think it’s because I wasn’t trying to loot anything, rather, no matter what I killed it still counted towards the quest result.
I also realised that since I’ve hit Northrend I haven’t had to skip any quests, either because it asked me to buy something from the AH (which it hasn’t for a very long time) or because they were too difficult. I’m so far ahead of the guide now though, that I don’t think it would matter much.
I am at 7 days /played time, and it looks like when I ding 80 I will still be in the 7 days range so I’m pretty impressed with that.
Next update I’ll be level 80!
